Application – industrial Dairy like products such as soymilk powder blends, non-dairy yoghurt, non-dairy ice cream, tofu, cheese-like spreads, long-life soymilk, instant breakfast cereals, bakery products, processed meats, pasta, energy bars, nutritional supplements and other vegetarian and diabetic products.
Packaging 25Kg polypropylene bags with plastic inner-liner.
Storage
  • Cool, dry ventilated and odour free place
  • Temperature: Below 25oC
  • Humidity: Below 65%
  • Stored off the floor, no direct contact with walls or floor, away from direct sunlight.
  • Stock should be rotated within 10 months of manufacture.
  • Opened product should be resealed and used within a month.
Quality assurance Strict control procedures are enforced during manufacture.
Final product is sampled and tested for chemical, physical, sensory and microbiological characteristics, using internationally recognised procedures.
Each product is identified, enabling traceability.
